Dr. Julia McDonald has been accepted as a 2017 fellow in the Physicians for Reproductive Health Leadership Training Academy. This competitive nine month program trains 40 physicians each year to become lifelong leaders and advocates for sexual and reproductive health care.
Dr. McDonald will be joining trainees from post-residency fellowships in family planning/OB-GYN as well as Ryan Residency directors and practicing physicians from many specialties. Learning activities include skill-building workshops, hands-on advocacy experiences, and networking opportunities designed to advance knowledge on policy issues and advocacy strategies to ensure access to safe, high quality reproductive health care.
