Central Maine Sports Medicine is a clinical division of Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC). Founded in 2007, the division provides non-operative care of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups.
Facilities include:
- X-ray on site
- Casting facilities
- On-site investigative and procedural ultrasound
Our staff includes sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers, and clinical support staff, and our location adjacent to CMMC outpatient physical therapy ensures continuity of care and easy communication among all providers.
The focus of care is not only on high level athletes, but also on community members with musculoskeletal concerns and exercise-related health issues.
