The Interview Process
MDFMR’s Geriatric Medicine Fellowship participates in the NRMP match process and invites candidates to submit their application through ERAS. Off-cycle candidates are invited to apply if open positions remain after the match by contacting the fellowship’s program coordinator for information about the process. All applications are reviewed by the program director. Our interview season typically commences in September and interview scheduling is somewhat flexible.
Interview Day
The interview day is held over the course of an afternoon and is conducted virtually. You will have the opportunity to meet key faculty and current fellows to get a feel for the excitement and passion we all share for the work we do. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions about the program, the curriculum, and life in Central Maine.
