Four Seasons Family Practice (FSFP) is the smallest of the three family practices and our northernmost practice, located in Fairfield. The practice opened in 2001; clinicians include five family medicine physicians, a physician assistant, and a family nurse practitioner. There are no resident physicians based at this site but they do sometimes perform procedures with Four Seasons attendings.
In addition to full-spectrum primary care, osteopathic manipulative medicine, sports medicine, and sports medicine consultative care are available. Video-teleconferencing equipment connects FSFP with our regional hospital and our other practices. Because of its small size, clinical initiatives are often piloted at FSFP before wider dissemination.
