Laurissa Lewis completed a master of science in nursing after 14 years of experience as a registered nurse. Much of her nursing career was spent with MaineGeneral, first as a homecare and hospice nurse case manager and then as a nurse care manager with the community care team. She has a passion for community health and enjoys caring for patients in a holistic manner, supporting their healthcare goals. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family, camping, kayaking, and walking their two dogs in the woods. She also likes to read and bake, and has recently started to learn embroidery.
