Pronunciation of Dr. Lauren Hall

Lauren Hall is originally from Irvine, California, but fell in love with Maine at a young age when visiting family. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Harvey Mudd College, she worked as a research assistant in Boston, MA in a lab studying the effects of acupuncture on human brain activity. She attended medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME, completed family medicine residency at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA, and returned to Maine for a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency.

Dr. Hall is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment, with a certificate of added qualifications in geriatric medicine. She is also a certified medical director with the Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. She has enjoyed working with the compassionate and inspiring geriatric medicine team since the completion of her fellowship in 2018. She has the privilege of serving as the medical director of the Alzheimer’s Care Center assisted living facility in Gardiner, ME and as the medical director of the Maine Dartmouth Geriatric Medicine outpatient office. In her free time she enjoys yoga, crochet, hiking, and cooking with her family.
