While attaining a master’s degree in family practice, Katie worked as a bedside nurse in Boston Medical Center’s hematology and oncology inpatient setting. Later, at Fenway Health, she provided outpatient nursing care within Boston’s LGBTQI+ community. Equipped with her education and experience, Katie is looking forward to providing primary care that is focused on helping her patients identify and achieve their personal healthcare goals.
In her free time, Katie enjoys a wide variety of activities including travel, exploring, working out, hiking with her dogs, fixing up her little house, artistic endeavors, and spending time with her family. She believes that people are at their best when they feel heard and supported and aims to create this relationship with others in her personal and her professional life. Her warm and open demeanor creates a welcoming environment for people from all backgrounds with a full spectrum of needs.
