TUFTS Students

Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency offers a six-week family medicine rotation for third year medical students from Tufts University School of Medicine. The rotation is based at Four Seasons Family Practice (FSFP) in Fairfield. FSFP, which opened in 2001, is the northernmost of the family medicine practices in the MaineGeneral Health system.

Supervision for this rotation is provided by a family medicine faculty member. Students see scheduled patients, build skills in presenting patients to a dedicated faculty attending, and receive immediate feedback. Access to noon conferences, hospital Grand Rounds, and other didactics with our family medicine residents are also a part of this experience.

The Family Medicine Clerkship Director for MDFMR-Tufts is Dr. Armand Auger.
