Her rich family life includes children Jackie and Abu from Haiti and Sierra Leone, her mother who is now in her eighties, specializes in reflection, and her partner, Michele Lazerow (a chiropractor, acupuncturist and cantorial soloist). "What I love about Maine-Dartmouth's brand of family medicine is that we are a cross between 'La Cage au Follies' and 'Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry'-- an intense group of creative magicians, some of us more flamboyant than others. The 3-year gestation nourishes your individuality, curiosity, wit, honesty, and compassion. Residents learn how to work hard, play hard and well with others."
