Kate Hoffmann was born in Vermont and raised in central Maine. She completed her undergraduate training in biology at Colby College and went on to medical school at UNECOM. Kate attended Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency, where she served as Chief Resident, and graduated in 2013. Following graduation she joined the faculty at MDFMR and Four Seasons Family Practice in Fairfield, and she now provides a full spectrum of family medicine care including OB and osteopathic manipulative medicine at the Family Medicine Institute in Augusta. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association. She, her husband, and their four children live in Hallowell; outside of medicine Kate enjoys traveling the world and spending time with family and friends.
